Expert Mental Health Therapy Services and Life Coaching Support

What is experiential therapy?
Experiential therapy supports change by helping people connect with meaningful emotional experiences that shape their core beliefs about themselves and others. Instead of only talking through problems, it encourages individuals to express and process feelings in the moment, which can bring deeper beliefs to the surface. As these beliefs are explored, clients can begin to reshape them through new, healthier emotional experiences, leading to greater self-understanding and healing. This approach is often preferred over methods that rely heavily on tools or surface-level strategies because it addresses the root of the issue rather than just managing symptoms. When therapy focuses only on controlling or avoiding distress, those symptoms may return, especially under stress. Experiential therapy, by contrast, helps transform the underlying emotional patterns driving those symptoms, which can lead to more lasting change and reduce the likelihood of relapse.
Do you have a teen or young adult that is struggling?
If you're concerned about your teen or young adult child, Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT) could be a good option for supporting them. ABFT is a family therapy designed to help adolescents and young adults who are struggling with behavioral and emotional concerns, including conditions that lead to self-harming, suicidal ideation, or other behavioral concerns. Schedule a consultation to determine if family therapy or individual therapy is right for your child.
Do you have concerns about a very young child?
If you have a child between the ages of 2 and 6 who is struggling with emotional or behavioral challenges, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) can help teach your child to regulate their emotions, follow daily routines, follow instructions, and improve their overall mood. PCIT is also helpful for an anxious and fearful child. It can also be helpful in establishing a secure attachment for an adopted child. Many behavioral improvements with PCIT transfer into better behavior at school. If you're stressed out, confused by your child's behavior, if you're getting too many calls from their daycare and school, or just want to support your chid's emotional development, schedule a consultation to determine whether PCIT would help your family.
How does life coaching support differ from therapy?
Life coaching and therapy serve distinct purposes. While therapy often delves into emotional healing and mental health concerns, life coaching focuses on personal growth, setting goals, and developing strategies to achieve your desired outcomes. I will partner with you to identify any barriers that are holding you back and empower you to break through them and reach your full potential.
How can I schedule an appointment?
